Privacy Policy
This page explains what information EZ Native collects when you connect a repository and run guided or automated deployments, how that information is used, and the choices you have over it.
Introduction
EZ Native ("EZ Native", "we", "us", or "our") provides tools that help developers connect a source code repository and complete the configuration and submission steps required to publish a mobile application to the Apple App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the service.
By creating an account or using EZ Native, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate EZ Native and provide the deployment workflow you have asked us to run on your behalf. The categories of information we collect include:
- Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and GitHub username from your authentication provider.
- Repository metadata. When you connect a repository, we read configuration files and project structure in order to detect the framework, build settings, and identifiers required for deployment.
- Deployment inputs. Information you enter into deployment steps, such as bundle identifiers, store listing copy, contact details, and provisioning preferences.
- Operational data. Logs, timestamps, error messages, and status information generated while EZ Native runs steps on your behalf, used to display progress and to debug failed runs.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate the EZ Native deployment workflow.
- Generate the personalized step-by-step checklist for your project, including framework-specific build commands and CI/CD workflows.
- Authenticate you, maintain your session, and associate projects with your account.
- Communicate with you about service status, account activity, and support requests you initiate.
- Diagnose problems, improve reliability, and prevent abuse of the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your repositories to train machine learning models.
GitHub and Repository Access
EZ Native connects to GitHub on your behalf using the permissions you grant during sign in. By default, the service requests read-only access in order to clone the repository and detect your stack. If you choose to enable automated deployments, you may grant additional repository write permissions so that EZ Native can push CI/CD workflow files and configure the secrets required for signed builds.
You can review and revoke these permissions at any time from your GitHub account settings. Revoking access will stop EZ Native from performing further automated actions on your repository, but it will not delete data we have already collected — see the section on data requests below.
Authentication and Connected Accounts
We use a third-party identity provider to handle sign in. When you sign in, the provider returns a verified identifier, your email, and a short-lived access token that EZ Native uses to read the repository information you have authorized.
To complete certain platform tasks, you may also choose to connect App Store Connect or Google Play credentials, such as API keys or service account JSON files. These credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are used only to perform the specific actions you have requested.
Data Storage and Security
Your account, project metadata, and deployment progress are stored in managed infrastructure operated by trusted cloud providers. Sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are accessed only by the specific service operations that require them.
We apply industry-standard security practices, including transport encryption, access controls, and least-privilege service accounts. No system is perfectly secure, however, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any tokens you generate private.
Your Rights and Data Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your EZ Native account at any time. You can delete individual projects directly from the dashboard, which removes the associated steps and inputs.
To request full account deletion or to exercise other rights available to you under applicable law, contact us using the email address listed at the bottom of this page. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.
Contact Information
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or about how EZ Native handles your information, you can directly from the site. We will respond as soon as we can.
