Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EZ Native (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

EZ Native helps developers prepare and submit mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play. The Service connects to a source code repository, analyzes the project, and produces a step-by-step deployment workflow that may include guided manual steps and, where you choose to enable it, automated steps such as generating CI/CD workflow files, configuring signing secrets, and submitting builds for review.

EZ Native does not replace the platform owners' review or approval processes. Final acceptance of any submitted build remains the responsibility of Apple, Google, and any other platform you publish to.

You must sign in with a supported identity provider to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep that information up to date, and to notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.

The Service connects to GitHub on your behalf using the permissions you grant during sign in. By using the Service, you authorize EZ Native to clone the repositories you submit, read configuration files needed to detect your stack, and — if you enable automated deployments — push CI/CD workflow files and configure repository secrets required for signed builds.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to grant these permissions for any repository you connect, and for reviewing and revoking permissions if circumstances change.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Service to publish or distribute applications that infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware, or violate the policies of the platforms they target.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or any related systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on it.
• Use the Service to process credentials or repositories you are not authorized to access.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate this section.

You are responsible for the content of your repositories, the accuracy of any inputs you submit through the Service, and the decisions you make based on the steps EZ Native presents. While the Service is designed to follow current platform requirements, those requirements change over time and you remain responsible for the final state of any application you submit to a store.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect to EZ Native, including GitHub, Apple Developer Program, and Google Play Console.

EZ Native, including its software, design, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your repositories, your application code, and any content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to process that content in order to provide the deployment workflow you have requested.

We work hard to keep EZ Native running reliably, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. From time to time we may make changes, perform maintenance, or modify features without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZ Native and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
